If our work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to resolve your concerns through service correction, we may offer a partial or full refund.
Our guarantee does not cover issues resulting from pre-existing furniture conditions, normal wear after service, or changes requested after work has begun.
